I recently was asked what TV shows I watch in my spare time, if any. And I do watch a few shows, not on a regular basis but here and there my wife and I enjoy watching an episode or two. You read a lot about the hustle and he choices you make and how that reflects upon your work ethic. Well everyone, even multimillionaires and motivational Gurus spend their free time watching a movie, reading a book or watching a TV show. Yes, its all about the hustle, but you can plan in some “brain dead” time (for the lack of a better word) to sit back and relax as long is it does not become a regular habit.

A great way to watch some TV (regardless if its a movie or show) is to workout while doing so. Thats something we tend to do. Exercises like squats and lunges are a great way to rack in a workout while watching some TV.
